When signing in or activating your Ventla admin account for the first time, you may get an error. We go through them all below.
Don't know where to log in?
Make sure to bookmark the login page in your web browser for quicker access.
Don't have an admin account?
Get in touch with any of your colleagues (who may have admin access and can invite you) or contact email@example.com.
Password not accepted?
Security is more important than ever, so we have gone to great lengths with ensuring all administrators set a strong password for their administrator accounts. This is for your own and your organization's safety.
If you have trouble coming up with a strong password, we suggest finding one here.
When signing in; select to save your login credentials in your web browser, so you don't have to remember them. Read more here.
"No subscription" error
Your license is not active (don't worry, nothing is lost). Get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out.
"Invalid username or password" error.
Make sure you've provided the correct login credentials.
Note that the input fields for the username (usually your email, all lowercase) and password are both case-sensitive.
Also, make sure to check for any extra space before or after the username/password.
