Import My information

  1. In the Participants section of your event, select the Add Participant(s) button.
  2. Select the option to Import "My information".
  3. In the popup, select to download the import template and open the same in MS Excel.
  4. Keep (and do not modify) the email header on row 1, column A. Add your own headings starting from row 1, column B ("Flight" and "Hotel information" can be removed/replaced). Add all participant emails and details starting from row 2. 
  5. Go back to the administrative panel, upload your template, and click Import.
  6. Browse the preview, and select Finalize
