Information overview

While "My information" is participant-specific information (e.g hotel room no., flight no.), the Information section is general information, available to all or one or more groups of participants. 

Some examples are;

  • Speakers,
  • Sponsors,
  • Presentations (or any PDFs),
  • Social media links,
  • Webpages and more (any other text-based information, e.g contact information).

Categorize your Information items into folders for better structure and readability. Pin you Information folder to the event menu, creating another menu item, in case you do not see your list of speakers or sponsors fit under the "Information" heading in the app. If an item is not appended to a folder, the item will appear at the "Top level", meaning; under the "Information" heading.
